Seven days a week
Appointments are scheduled 24 hours a day at your clients home or office for their convenience. Clients are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your exam order.
Status reports weekly
DelVal phones in or faxes status reports weekly to your agency to keep you informed at all times on the status of your applicants. This status will reflect scheduled appointment dates, attempts to schedule, and completed dates.
